Nosh: Black Bean & Corn Tacos

It's Taco Tuesday!! Today we are sharing a fast, healthy, easy meal that will satisfy your craving without sacrificing any calories 😉

Black Bean & Corn Taco
Serves 8

1 Can of Black Beans
1 Can of Corn
2 Green Onions sliced
1/2 Onion diced
1/2 Bell Peppers diced
3 teaspoon Cumin
Dash of Cayenne Pepper
Salt and Pepper to taste
6 Corn or Flour tortilla

Topping Options

Prep all your ingredients
Brown the onions and the red peppers

When fragrant, add in the green onions, corn, and black beans, season with cumin, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne peppers
And ta-da! You are done! Stuff your tacos and top with your favorite toppings
