HISD Foundation
The HISD Foundation directly helps students in HISD, where over 75% students are economically disadvantaged. Please specify “Harvey” as the purpose for your donation.

Mayor Sylvester Turner and County Judge Ed Emmett have established the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund that will accept tax deductible flood relief donations for victims that have been affected by the recent floods. The fund will be housed at the Greater Houston Community Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity.

Your support helps provide meals for hungry neighbors in emergencies and throughout the year. Together, we can help people in their greatest time of need. Once all this year’s disaster relief and recovery needs have been met, any remaining donations will be used to fund ongoing hunger-relief efforts.

J.J. Watt Houston Flood Relief Fund
I am sure most of you guys heard of J.J. Watt and his flood relief fund. As of today, he has reached over $28 million! I love how J.J. Watt is not giving it all to one organization and instead he is giving it directly to people impacted by Harvey.
