Did you know that Houston Restaurant Weeks has been extended until September 30?

As you may know, Houston was severely affected after the devastating Hurricane Harvey. Therefore, the Houston Food Bank needs us now more than ever. Due to popular demand, Houston Restaurant Weeks, a fundraiser for the Houston Food Bank, will extend through September 30, 2017. So, you can still enjoy delicious lunches, brunches and dinners at greater Houston’s finest restaurants. Remember that restaurants will donate $3 to $7 per HRW meal sold to the Houston Food Bank.

NOTE: Not all of the original HRW restaurants are participating in the extension.After hearing this wonderful news, a group of my closest friends that I have known since the 7^th grade and high school decide to have a girl’s night dinner at Tony’s. None of us had ever been to this wonderful Houston staple restaurant, so we decided this was the perfect opportunity!

If you are not familiar with Tony’s., this restaurant in Greenway Plaza has been a Houston staple since 1965. It started out as a small pasta and seafood place and it is now one of the top fine dining restaurants in Houston!

I am not going to lie, the crowd is a bit more in the “mature” side, but it the food and the service was absolutely impeccable! I enjoyed a refreshing Pimm’s Cup cocktail at the bar while I waited for my friends to arrive.
